I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

THE SITUATION THAT LED ME HERE: With Covid transforming the workplace, I ended up with a full time virtual work reality, spending WAY TOO MUCH TIME behind a computer screen, sitting in my home office. I had lost my spark, put on lots of weight and was frustrated. I saw many people in the same situation. I I became obsess with gaining back my vitality. I was determined to shift my professional life with the desire to multiple my impact as a coach and entrepreneur. I wanted to reinvent myself and empower more people to reinvent themselves and offer them a path to manifest their aspirations. It meant finding ways to go beyond exchanging my time against money and to embody a business model more aligned with my values.
MY RECIPE TO THRIVE IN LIFE: Curiosity + A Servant Heart + Courage! For more than 30 years, I have invested time, money, and energy in personal and professional development experiences. With a growth mindset and the willingness to take action to create the life I want, I pay attention to what successful people say and how they are leading the way. This has allowed me to reinvent myself multiple times and to live a purposeful life. I am proud to have had a lot of quality time with my daughters, to have made a difference in the lives of my clients and business partners, to have travelled in many countries and to continuously being engaged with energy and passion toward my fitness.
SOME EXPERIENCES THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: I've been an avid student of Personal Development since I was 21 years old. It started with reading The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success, then The Magic of Thinking Big, Atomic Habits and countless others since. I also attended personal development retreats such as Vipassana where I learned to meditate and challenge my belief system. I learned about fasting. I started participating in road cycling races at 45! Did crazy hikes in the Canadian winter. Being a lifelong student, every year, I invest in myself and in my wellbeing to continue to expand my mindset, sharpen my presence, nurture my heart, and take actions that enrich my life and the one's of people surrounding me. While on vacation, I found myself on a website like the one that you're on now. There was something about it that made me pop in my details and the rest is history!
